Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. He states that the Petition has become infructuous, in view of the order dated 15.09.2018 passed by the Taluka Inspector of Land Records.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed off as infructuous. 3.

It is made clear, that all contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.

It is informed that the main Appeal, being Appeal No. N.Bhu.1/Appeal S. R. 4296/2018/3656 is pending before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune Divison, Pune i.e. the Respondent No. 10. The Deputy Director shall decide the said Appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event by 28.02.2019. Needless to state, that the Petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order dated 15.09.2018 passed by the Taluka Inspector before the appropriate authority. If the said order is challenged, the Appellate Authority shall decide the same expeditiously.
