P.C. :
The petitioner's grievance is that EOW is not looking into the grievances of the petitioner and not investigating the offence. Learned APP on instructions submits that inspite of repeated intimation, the petitioner is not attending the officer concerned for extending necessary cooperation in investigation. This statement is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Without expressing any opinion, we direct the investigating officer to take necessary steps. The petitioner shall extend necessary cooperation to the concerned officer.
