The above Writ Petition has been filed to question the opinion of the Medical Committee, Kolhapur dated 20th April 2015 which opinion, we are informed, is part of the charge-sheet. It is not possible for us, in our writ jurisdiction, to comment upon the opinion given by the Medical Committee, CPR, Kolhapur, one way or the other. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said opinion or is not satisfied with the said opinion, it is for the Petitioner to impinge upon the credibility of the said opinion in the trial. We therefore do not deem this a SQ Pathan 1/2

wp.3155.18.39.doc fit case to exercise our writ jurisdiction especially having regard to the reliefs which have been sought in the above Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
