In view of the fact that during the pendency of this petition, the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur has already approved the Petitioner's appointment, the prayers have become infructuous. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Petition dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
