The order dated 7th April 2015 is sought to be assailed by the Petitioner - State by filing present Writ Petition on 19th July 2017. No explanation, leave aside a plausible explanation has been given in the said Petition for delay of a period of two years and three months in filing the Petition. It is further to be noted that though the Petition is filed in July 2017, no steps are taken to circulate the matter. Even perusal of the impugned order would reveal that what has been done by the learned Tribunal is only remanding the matter to the authorities for reconsideration afresh. BGP. 1 of 2
