At the outset, it has been pointed out by the learned AGP that the condition of the GR impugned in this petition has already been relaxed as per GR dated 24.6.2015. In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition as we find that the relief claimed in the petition has already been extended in favour of the petitioner. However, we make it clear, that in case any grievance is subsisting, it will be open for the petitioners to file a fresh petition. Petition stands disposed of.
