Today advocate for the applicant submits that after taking search they learnt that present Civil Application is filed by them only. Today again she is asking time.

On her request as a last chance, office is directed to place the matters on board on 8.8.2016. Applicant to pay total cost of Rs.5000/-. Cost to be deposited in the office of the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Bombay, on or before 15.7.2016, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
