The Debt Recovery Tribunal, Court No. III, Vashi, Navi Mumbai (DRT) shall hear and dispose off the Securitization Appeal (L) Nos. 715 and 717 of 2021 and / or Interim Application filed therein by the Petitioners seeking stay on the sale of the property of the Petitioners, strictly on merits on or before 25th October, 2021 .

The parties shall appear before the concerned Member of the DRT on
