When the matter is called out, Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the Respondent in these two matters, firstly submits that the order in which the error is sought to be corrected, is dated 5th July, 2023 and not 14th June, 2023 and secondly, he submits that he appears for the Applicant in MCA No. 139 of 2023, which is not on board.
