This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application seeking leave to file appeal, thereby challenging the Judgment and Order dated 2/5/2014 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nashik Road, Nashik in Summary Criminal Case No. 2388 of 2000, thereby acquitting the respondent No. 1 of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
