This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application seeking leave to file appeal, thereby challenging the Judgment and Order dated 2/5/2014 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nashik Road, Nashik in Summary Criminal Case No. 2388 of 2000, thereby acquitting the respondent No. 1 of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Notice was issued to the respondent. However, it appears that the notice could not be served. The delay is of 17 days. For the reasons Talwalkar 1/2
