The Petitioner has challenged the externment order dated 02/04/2021 passed by the Deputy Commission of Police, Zone-2, Pimpri-Chinchwad, externing the petitioner outside the limits of Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Commissionerate, Pune City Commissionerate and Pune Rural district for a period of one year. 2.

The record does not show that any stay was granted to the operation of the said order. The period of externment is already over. Therefore, nothing further survives in this petition. The Petition is disposed of having rendered infructuous. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
