This is an application for bringing the legal heirs and representatives of the sole petitioner - Shankarlal Durgaram Agrawal by setting aside abatement. Mr.Agrawal submitted that the sole petitioner died on 9.7.2018 and the application is filed on 20.7.2018 which is in time.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d) with no order as to costs.
