The Civil Application seeks dismissal of the petition for noncompliance of an order passed under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 on a civil application, namely, Civil Application No.1588 of 2012. Since the petition itself is dismissed for want of prosecution by an order passed by this Court on 21 December 2015, the Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
