By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 26 days in filing the present appeal from order. No affidavit-inreply is filed by the respondents. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that delay of 26 days is not sufficiently explained in the civil application. I have perused the civil application. I am of the view that the delay of 26 days is sufficiently explained by the applicant. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay of 26 days in filing the present appeal from order is condoned. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 4.

The applicant is directed to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If all office objections are
