None appears for the Petitioner. Perhaps, there is a reason for absence of the counsel for the Petitioner that by passage of time the petition might have become infructuous. 2.

The Petitioner had applied for renewal of licence for Saw Mill to the Conservator of Forest. The licence was not renewed. Thereafter action was taken against the Petitioner to close down the Saw Mill. The Petitioner had amended the petition to incorporate the assertion that the Petitioner had filed appeal before the Appellate Authority- Chief Conservator of Forest and so a prayer, that appeal be directed to be disposed of early was made. It appears that the

The appeal would have disposed of by now and perhaps the Petitioner has also taken the challenge further, if the decision in the appeal was adverse to him. Perhaps, this may be the reason that the Petitioner is not being represented.

Writ petition is disposed of for non-prosecution. Rule stands discharged.
