DATE : NOVEMBER 24, 2018 P.C.:- The applicant is alleged to have got married with the complainant on April 30, 2017.

It is the case of the complainant that dowry of Rs.5 lakhs was demanded and non compliance of the same resulted in practicing cruelty.

Perused the order granting pre-arrest bail in favour of other co-accused by the learned Sessions Court. 4.

All the family members of the applicant are impleaded as accused persons on general allegations.

So far as the role alleged against the applicant is concerned, it is similar to that of other accused persons, who are already released on bail.

That being so, in my opinion, the applicant also needs to be admitted to bail on the same terms and conditions on which the learned Sessions Court ordered the release of other accused. 7.

The applicant be released on pre-arrest bail on the same terms and conditions in the event of his arrest. 8.

In addition, he shall attend the investigating officer on 7th and 8th December, 2018 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. 9.
