1] The learned senior counsel for the applicants submitted that, the Division Bench of this Court by its Order dated 31.10.2018 in Criminal Writ Petition No.3424 of 2018 was pleased to quash the first information report bearing CR No.2 of 2016 registered with Panvel City Police Station. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of the said Order. The same is taken on record.

2] In view thereof, there is no apprehension of arrest to the applicants.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
