Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it appears from the orders produced by the learned counsel for the original petitioner that the applicant herein is persuing another consumer case before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi and seeking adjournment thereat from time to time. Therefore, instead of any urgency in the matter what transpires is that the applicant expects a favourable order to support his case before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
