After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the appeal from order may be disposed of by expediting the hearing of the suit. Accordingly, following order is passed:- (i) The hearing of the suit is expedited. The City Civil Court at its Borivali Division, Dindoshi is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from

sg 2/2 aost19828-19.doc today. The defendant to file his written statement in the suit within a period of three weeks from today. The suit be taken up for framing of issues immediately thereafter.

(ii) The appeal from order is disposed of accordingly. 2.
