This Interim Application is filed to expedite the hearing of the Civil Revision Application, which is already been admitted. Mr.Khaladkar, advocate appearing for the Applicant informs this Court that his client has already received possession of the suit premises on 18 August 2009. The present dispute is only as regards the mesne-profit. Both the parties have 1/2

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. 4.

Place the Civil Revision Application No.648 of 2019 along with Civil Revision Application No.578 of 2019 for hearing and final disposal on 23 January 2024, at 2:30 p.m. 5.

The Applicant is hereby directed to file short synopsis, preposition of law and the judgments relied upon by him before the next date of hearing and serve a copy thereof on the other side.
