Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. If an application is filed after filing of the charge-sheet, the same shall be decided by the learned Judge expeditiously, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application. It is made clear that this application has not been considered on merits. All contentions of all parties are left open. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the intervention application being Criminal Application No. 1030 of 2019. The same is disposed of accordingly.
