This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai by its order dated 31.1.2014 in Bail Application No. 224 of 2014. The learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 and 2 submitted that the police have completed the investigation and have filed the charge-sheet during the pendency of the present application. In view of the order passed in Criminal Application No. 723/2014 dated 25.1.2016, the present application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
