This is an application for transit anticipatory bail for temporary period in Special Case (P.C. Act) No. 8 of 2021 and Special case (P.C. Act) No. 10 of 2021 both culminating out of FIR No. RC 3(E)/2006 EOW-I DLI dated 30th November, 2016, which is presently pending in the Court of Special Judge (CBI), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant is 75 year old person. He is the resident of Ghatkopar Mumbai. The applicant was never sought to be arrested earlier. The transaction is of 2003. FIR was registered in 2006 and the chargesheet is filed after a period of about 15 years. The applicant is Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

18-Aba-2327-2021.doc was granted transit anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24th August, 2021. It is submitted that to enable the applicant to approach the concerned Court for seeking further relief, transit anticipatory bail may be granted to him for a period of six weeks. 3.

Considering the factual aspects as stated above, the relief as prayed for can be granted.

Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2327 of 2021 is allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with issuance of warrant or otherwise in Special Case (P. C. Act) No. 8 of 2021 and Special case (P. C. Act) No. 10 of 2021, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- in each case with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) This protection is granted for a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to approach the appropriate Court for appropriate relief.

(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
