Upon hearing the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners at length when this Court was going to dismiss this Contempt Petition with heavy costs on finding it to be a frivolous Petition initiated by the petitioners, the learned Advocate for the petitioners sought leave to withdraw the petition. The Contempt Petition is therefore allowed to be withdrawn with costs quantified at Rs.10,000/- payable by the petitioners to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within a period of four weeks from today.
