DATED : 30th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- On 20/12/2021, the applicant was released on bail subject to several conditions and condition (j) reads thus: "[J] Applicants/Accused shall attend the NCB Mumbai office on each Friday between 11.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m to mark their presence."
The counsel for the applicant submit that since the date of passing of the order he has been reporting to the NCB office. He however state that he shall be relieved of the said condition of attendance on every Friday, since it is causing to be onerous to him.
