1] Since it is informed by the learned APP that charge sheet has been filed in the subject CR, let the Applicant approach the Magistrate Court for bail.

2] Though the learned counsel for the Applicant would submit that being a woman she is entitled for special provision under Section 437 of the Cr.P.C., this aspect can even be considered by the learned Magistrate, while considering the application. 3] If such application is moved for being release on bail in the wake of the charge sheet being filed, the learned Magistrate is expected to decide the same expeditiously and in any case not later than two months from the date of filing of the application. 4] In the wake of above, application is disposed off.
