Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 stated that the order dated 9 September, 2021 passed by this Court has been complied in as much as the affairs of the society and all the files and documents have been handed over to the Managing Committee of the Society. The copy of the document furnishing proof that such charge was taken over by the Managing Committed is placed on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of such compliance, nothing further remains for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. The petitioner is also not present.
