This Civil Application is moved by the applicant/insurance Company seeking stay to the operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 29th April, 2009 passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Mumbai and Judge 1st Labour Court, Mumbai in App (WCA) No. 87/C 36/07. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon and hence prays for stay of the impugned judgment and award.
