The Petitioners have been convicted by the trial court. They have preferred appeal as well. It is informed that the parties have arrived at a compromise. The offences, for which the Petitioners have been convicted, appear to be compoundable one. The terms of compromise have been furnished before the appellate court. It is informed that the petition has been filed before this Court for endorsement of the compromise, the terms which have already been pending before the appellate court.

In view of the same, the Petitioners are relegated back to the appellate court. The appellate court is requested to go through the terms of compromise and pass necessary orders within two weeks. 4.

Petition stands disposed of.
