Heard Mr. Joshi and Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the respondents respectively. 2.

The petition is filed for issuing directions to respondent No.2 to register the crime in pursuance of complaint dated 26th January, 2014. Learned APP has placed on record the letter dated 13th January, 2015 written by Assistant Police Inspector, Kasarwadavali Police Thane to the Public Prosecutor. The letter shows that CR No.10 of 2015 is registered on the basis of petitioner's complaint for offences punishable under sections 465, 468, 48, 471 and 347 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the statement made in the said letter, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The petition need not be kept pending and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
