This application is moved against the order dated 30th April 2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati, District Pune, granting pre-arrest bail in Criminal Bail Application No. 227 of 2014.

The learned prosecutor is not aware whether the chargesheet is filed or not. Investigating Officer is not present. This application is moved for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail which was granted earlier on 30th April, 2014. Near about more than 2 1⁄2 years have passed away, till today, charge-sheet is not filed. Hence, this application is dismissed.
