The only prayer in this Application is for interim stay of the execution and operation of the impugned decree. By the impugned decree, the suit filed by the Applicant has been dismissed. Therefore, the said prayer cannot be granted. We, accordingly, reject the application. However, it will be open for the Applicant to file a fresh application seeking appropriate interim relief. (G.
