Learned APP on instructions from Mr. S. V. Mungekar, PSI, Pydhonie Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, on the basis of complaint of Petitioner a crime bearing No. 269 of 2016 under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506 read with Sections 34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered with Pydhonie Police Station, Mumbai. That, the parties thereafter entered into compromise and therefore the trial Court acquitted all the accused persons on that ground.

In view of the above, the prayer of Petitioner in the present Petition has been worked out.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
