Heard learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company and learned Counsel for respondent No.1-original claimant. When the matter is called out, no one else appeared on behalf of respondent No.2. 2.

The present application is filed to condone delay of 4 days in filing the appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Thane in Application (WCA) no. 456/C-90/2012.

In view of reasons given in the application, there is no impediment to condone the delay in filing the appeal. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay caused to present an appeal is hereby condoned. The Registry to take requisite steps for further process.
