The Application is moved by the applicant/accused seeking permission to travel abroad. The applicant/accused is prosecuted for the offence punishable under section 376(2)(n), 417, 313 of Indian Penal Code in C.R. No. 46 of 2017 registered with Airport Police Station.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused has submitted that the applicant/accused is released on anticipatory bail by order dated 8th June, 2018. The applicant is a businessman and he wants to go to Dubai for the purpose of his business and attending meeting. The learned counsel submitted that the applicant wants to travel to Dubai for a period of 15 days and preferably from 20th

October, 2018 till 5th November, 2018. The learned counsel further submitted that the applicant is ready to give some security and will attend the Court dates thereafter. He submitted that the applicant has his permanent residence at Mumbai. He submitted that applicant's father is ready to stand as surety. 3.

Learned APP submits to the order of the Court. 4.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel, the Application is allowed on the following terms and conditions: (i) The applicant/accused is allowed to travel Dubai from 20th October, 2018 to 5th November, 2018;

(ii) The applicant shall submit the itinerary and place of residence at Dubai to the Airport Police Station before he leaves India;

(iii) The permission to travel Dubai is granted on the condition of furnishing one surety of Rs.5,00,000/- of immovable property to the Airport Police Station. (iv) As soon as the applicant returns from Dubai to India, he is directed to give his attendance at the Airport Police Station on 6th November or 7th November, 2018.
