The petitioner has filed this petition with a specific averment that the petitioner is concerned with the development of slum rehabilitation scheme on CTS No.507, 508, Pahadi Village, Goregaon (West), Mumbai - 400 062 and also for the society situated therein. 3.

There is no elaboration whatsoever as to how the petitioner is concerned with the development and how he has locus to maintain the Aarti Palkar 1/2

22.WP.12013.2019.doc petition. On this ground alone, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition is not filed as a Public Interest petition. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition as he intends to file a petition demonstrating the petitioner locus.

As requested, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as above.
