P.C.:- 1) This is an application for intervention by the first informant Raju Sachanand Chandwani in C.R. No. I-202 of 2018 dated 9/5/2018 registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Thane for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 460, 465, 467, 478, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
