1] In view of the prayer made in the Writ Petition to the effect that direction be issued to the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division to decide Revision Application No.189 of 2018, we dispose of the Writ Petition without calling upon the Respondents to file a counter affidavit.

2] Petitioners claim to have purchased land comprised in Gat No.443 situated at Mouje Karegaon, Taluka Shirur, District Pune. On the strength of the registered sale-deed, the Petitioners applied for mutation in the land records which was allowed when mutation entries No.3074 and 3076 were made. Thereafter, Respondent No.7 made a request for mutation in its name for the land in question which was allowed vide mutation entry No.4027. As per the Petitioners the BGP.

said mutation entry was made without notice to the Petitioners to file an appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirur, Pune which was dismissed on 24.04.2017 against which order Petitioners filed RTS Appeal No.317 of 2017 before the Additional Collector, Pune which came to be dismissed on 15.05.2018 against which the Petitioners have filed a Revision Application before the Additional Commissioner, Pune on 19.06.2018. The same has been registered as Revision Application No.189 of 2018. The grievance is that the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division is not deciding the said Revision Application. Thus, we dispose of the Writ Petition directing the Additional Commissioner, Pune to decide Revision Application No.189 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date an authenticated copy of the present order is served upon him/his office.
