The Order dated 8th October, 2021 passed by the Sub Divisional Ofocer, Maval-Mulshi, Sub Division Pune setting aside the Order dated 12th August, 2021 passed by the Tahasildar is taken on record. By the said said Order dated 8 th October, 2021, Mutation Entry No. 428 is set aside and the name of the Petitioner is restored by Mutation Entry No. 431.

In view of the above development, no orders are required to be passed in the above Writ Petition save and except that the Appeal filed by the Petitioner before the Sub Divisional Ofocer shall be heard and disposed off on merits. 3.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 4.
