The University changed the nomenclature of the said Courses. The same is detailed as under:

It was suggested by the University that the Petitioners obtained the recognition from the AICTE. The Petitioners fled the instant writ petition. Under order dated 21st August, 2015, this Court protected the admissions given to the students. The seven years have lapsed. 4.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that subsequently the students have passed out and even degrees are awarded to the students by the University.

5.

As the degrees are also awarded to the students, now it would be futile to enter into the merits of the contentions of the parties. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of, in terms of the interim order. (DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR, J.) (S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J.) R.V. Patil
