The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that by this petition the Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Respondents to allot a particular piece of land and for disposal of the representation. The application to the Government was made but on an incorrect factual premise. He states that correct application would be made to the State Government. In light of this statement, the writ petition is disposed of.
