This Court by its order dated 17/2/2012, had determined compensation at the rate of Rs.3,000/- p.m. It was also clarified that this arrangement shall be until final hearing of the Civil Revision Application. The Applicants have however in the Civil Application pointed out several expenses which are required to be incurred. On the said basis increase in the compensation is applied for. 2.

Taking into consideration the averments made in the Civil Application and also the financial position of all the occupants, the amount is increased from Rs.3,000/- to Rs.5,000/- p.m. This increase will apply w.e.f. 1/8/2016. Limit for depositing arrears shall be 3 months.
