This is an application for modification of Order dated 6.7.2018 . In Para 2 it is noted that, the applicant is ready and willing to deposit the alleged amount of Rs.3,25,000/- in the registry of this Court within stipulated period. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, on 6.7.2018 the applicant could not point out the fact that, he has already deposited a sum of Rs.2,60,000/- with the first informant bank and the balance amount is Rs.65,000/- only. The learned APP on instructions conceded to the said fact

In view thereof, the Order dated 6.7.2018 is modified to that extent and the applicant is permitted to deposit the balance amount of Rs.65,000/- in the registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today.
