This Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 314 days in filing the arbitration appeal by the State of Maharashtra. The application is opposed by the respondent. Admittedly, identical application in Arbitration Appeal (Stamp) No.20 of 2015 has been allowed by the order dtd. 17th July, 2015

Dusane 2/2 car37.2015 on condition that the appellant pays costs quantified at Rs.10,000/- to the respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of the order. Since both the appeals are interconnected, the present civil application is also required to be allowed by imposing the same condition. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) on condition that the applicant pays costs quantified at Rs.10,000/- to the respondent within a period of two weeks from today.
