Heard. The grievance made in the present petition that despite the complaint filed by the petitioner as long back as on 28.01.2013, which discloses commission of cognizable offence, the police have not registered the offence. The prosecution accordingly is directed to look into the complaint and take appropriate decision in terms of the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of U.P. (2014)2 SSC 1 and intimate the decision to the petitioner. The entire exercise Uday S. Jagtap
