The Interim Application has been moved for seeking extension of the stay which was granted vide order dated 22.06.2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that as against the order dated 22.06.2023, the Applicant intends to approach the Apex Court. However, as the documents are in Marathi, translation is taking time and as such, seeks extension for a further period of four weeks.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents opposes the Application and submits that the Applicant has already been granted time of four weeks. He further submits that the Applicant is in contempt and he has failed to comply with the orders.

Considering that by the impugned order, the effect would be demolition of the compound wall of the Applicant, the interim stay is required to be extended for a further period of three weeks. The interim stay granted vide order dated 22.06.2023 is further extended by a period of three weeks. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. 6.

The Interim Application stands disposed of.
