Heard. Application is filed for recalling the order dated 11th August 2014. By the said order, above writ petition came to be dismissed for want of prosecution. In the application, the Applicant has given explanation about the circumstances under which his matter went unattended on the fateful date when it was called out for hearing. Explanation is satisfactory. So far as Respondent No.2 is concerned, his presence is not necessary for the disposal of the present application, for the reason that he had not put his appearance in the writ petition when it came to be dismissed. 2.

In the light of above, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Writ petition stands restored to the file and come up for admission as per its turn. This Application stands disposed of.
