Since there are no antecedents and doubt is raised as to applicability of Section 328 of IPC, case for grant of protection is made out.

As such, in the event of arrest in Crime No.135 of 2022 registered with Daund Police Station, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 26th BGP.
