The learned AGP appearing for the State, on insturctions, informs that the representations tendered by the petitioner will be dealt with and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of four months from today. The communication pursuant thereto issued by the Additional Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department to the Assistant Government Pleader, dated 25th July 2019 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, we direct the respondent No.1 to take decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order, on consideration of merits of case. 3.
It is made clear that we have not considered merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner.
