This is an application for expeditious hearing of the appeal filed by the applicant/accused in the year 2015. Heard both sides.

In the wake of judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Hussain vs. Union of India 1 as several jail appeals are pending before this court, this appeal cannot be heard.

The application is, therefore, rejected.
